Whether this was your first time entering or your fifth, you’ve taken a bold step by sharing your music, and we’re so proud to have you as part of this community. ❤️

Here’s what happens next:

✅ 1. Check on Your Entry

Want to make sure your song or lyrics are showing up correctly?

Just log in to your profile at www.talentistimeless.com, and navigate to the “2025 Competition” tab. You’ll see your submitted entry there.

🛠️ 2. Need Support? Here’s What to Do

If your song isn’t displaying or isn’t playing, please raise a support ticket. That’s considered a critical issue and we’ll prioritise it.

Here’s how:

• Free members: Open the hamburger menu on your profile and click “Support.”
• Premium members: You can access Support from the dropdown menu on the far right of your dashboard.

⚠️ If your issue is non-critical (e.g. typo, song order, or metadata), there’s no need to raise a ticket—we’re focused on the songs playing properly for judging.

🧑‍⚖️ 4. Judging Process: What to Expect

We’re now carefully sorting through every single entry to make sure all files are correct and ready to go. After that, judging officially begins.

Here’s how it works:

• Every entry is reviewed by a minimum of two judges
• Each song is scored, and the scores are cumulative
• There are approximately five rounds of judging
• You’ll receive email updates when each round is complete, and you can check your “2025 Competition” tab to see:
  • If your song has progressed
  • And if your feedback has been added

This process takes time. We expect judging to continue through May and June, with winners announced in July.

🎉 The Lyrics-Only category is judged separately, and we expect to announce that winner at the end of May.

If you’re a premium (or standard) member who entered the Members Only Challenge, voting is now open!
Please go to your group’s challenge space and cast your votes—this part of the contest is peer reviewed.
