Community Guidelines

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Talent Is Timeless community! We exist to connect and inspire people around our shared love of songwriting, particularly celebrating songwriters over 50. We want everyone to feel welcome and safe on this site. To maintain a positive experience for everyone, please abide by the following Community Guidelines:
2. Be Kind and Courteous
We’re all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let’s treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required. We encourage constructive feedback and discussions.
3. No Hate Speech or Bullying
Make sure that everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn’t allowed, and degrading comments about things such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated. We foster a supportive and creative environment where all members are treated with respect.
4. Prohibited Content
Do not post content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others. This includes content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech.
5. Respect Everyone’s Privacy
Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What’s shared in the group should stay in the group.
6. Intellectual Property
Respect copyright and intellectual property rights. Do not post copyrighted material without proper authorization.
7. The Two-to-One Rule of Thumb
We are here as a community, so we ask that for each post you share, you comment on at least two other posts from someone else. This is not a strict rule and doesn’t apply to everything, but please bear in mind that it’s just as important to create value for other members as it is to share your posts.
8. Community Moderation
You, our members, play a key role in moderation by reporting content or members that violate these Guidelines. Please remember that disagreeing with a post is not a reason to report it. This slows down our ability to remove content that is truly abusive and to create a platform where everyone feels welcome.
9. Consequences of Violation
Violating the Community Guidelines may result in account suspension or termination. Talent Is Timeless reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
