Designed for Talent Is Timeless songwriters, this New York-based accelerator offers an immersive entry point into the professional songwriting world. Over four focused days, participants collaborate in intensive co-writing sessions, learn directly from publishers, sync agents, and hit songwriters, and take part in curated experiences that mirror real industry culture.

With close mentorship, structured collaboration, and space to experiment and grow, songwriters leave with new work, deeper confidence, and meaningful creative connections — all set against the backdrop of New York, one of the world’s most influential music cities.

Jeff Cohen is a multi-platinum songwriter, producer, and artist whose songs have been featured on over 25 million albums sold worldwide and in numerous TV shows and films.

Song credits include: “Crazy For This Girl” by Evan and Jaron, “Postcard From Paris” by The Band Perry, “In Her Eyes” by Josh Groban, and hits recorded by artists such as Big & Rich, Sugarland, and Laura Bell Bundy.

Songwriting Immersion

Each day includes guidance from professional songwriters, followed by hours of focused co-writing. Writers are intentionally paired to encourage new creative chemistry and higher-level collaboration.

Evenings include relaxed song circles, offering a supportive space to share work, listen deeply, and strengthen confidence within a trusted group.

The experience immerses you in New York’s world-class music culture, with curated evening experiences that connect you to the city’s creative scene and showcase what it means to be writing songs in one of the world’s greatest music capitals. Professional sessions at Hit Factory — one of the most legendary recording studios in the world.

The final celebration brings the group together to honour the accelerator, the songs created, and the relationships formed.

Industry Access

Small, daily group seminars with experts — representatives from sync, publishing, and the artist world — allow participants to get the answers they need.

We pull back the curtain on industry gatekeepers, helping you figure out what success looks like for you and how to get there in an industry full of misinformation. You’ll learn the do’s and don’ts of approaching the high-level decision makers you want to reach.

Welcome dinner to meet fellow songwriters and the Talent Is Timeless team.

Day Two 
10:00 AM – 9:00 PM: Morning industry seminar, group co-writing sessions, evening song circle.

Day Three 
10:00 AM – 9:00 PM: Morning industry seminar, group co-writing sessions, selecting and practicing songs for the finale.

Day Four 
Full day at Hit Factory, filming music videos for songs written during the accelerator.

Day Five 
Departure.
