Managing Your Membership

Learn how to manage your Talent Is Timeless account — including your membership, email preferences, and payment settings — all from one simple menu.

Accessing Your Account Settings

To get started, hover over your profile picture in the top-right corner of your screen.
From the drop-down menu, you’ll see two key options:

• Account Settings — for managing your membership, payments, and personal details.
• Notification Settings — for controlling how and when you hear from us.

Managing Emails & Notifications

In Notification Settings, you can choose:

• How frequently you receive emails from the site.
• Which updates you’d like to get by email, and which you’d prefer as on-site notifications only.

Once you’ve made your selections, click Save Changes to update your preferences.

Changing or Cancelling Your Membership

If you’d like to change your membership plan, update your payment method, or cancel your subscription, go to the Membership section under your Account Settings.

Here you can:

• Change your email address or contact info.
• Update your card details securely.
• Review your subscription level or cancel your membership.
• View your full payment history under the Payments tab.

Deleting Your Account

If you ever decide to leave Talent Is Timeless, scroll to the bottom of your Account Settings page.
Select your reason for leaving and click Request Account Deletion.
