We’ll also ask for a short bio, links, and a few quotes we may use for producer profiles, artist matching, press, and promotional materials.

Please note that completing this form does not guarantee work. Producer assignments will depend on artist numbers, genre fit, availability, capacity, and the needs of the project. If selected and matched with artists, we’ll send you a producer agreement via DocuSign for both parties to review and sign.
