Your Gateway to the Sync Industry
Are you looking to get your music in film, television, advertising, or gaming? Sync Camp is a four-day intensive experience designed to connect you with the industry professionals who shape where music gets placed—and the pathways to get your work in front of them.
Hosted by Talent Is Timeless and Sue Crawshaw, founder of the award-winning Pick and Mix Music, this exclusive gathering brings together music supervisors, sync agents, production music specialists, and emerging artists for workshops, masterclasses, and direct conversations about navigating one of music’s most lucrative and creative sectors.
Whether you’re a composer, producer, singer-songwriter, or artist eager to diversify your income and reach global audiences, Sync Camp offers the insights, connections, and knowledge you need to break into—or accelerate within—the sync industry.
What You’ll Learn
Meet the Sync Agents
Led by Michelle Stoddart, Stoddart Music
Discover how sync agents work alongside music supervisors, filmmakers, and production companies to place music. Learn how agents identify and develop their roster of artists, the value they bring to both creators and supervisors, and how to get on their radar. This session covers opportunities across television, film, advertising, and gaming—sectors that collectively represent a significant portion of modern sync placements.
Music Supervision: From Screen to Strategy
Led by Sue Crawshaw & Jamie Marks, Resister Music
Two leading music supervisors will reveal the very different worlds of music supervision across television and advertising. Understand the creative process, licensing complexities, and decision-making behind the scenes. Sue will share insights from her three decades in the industry—including her work on The Crown, Strike Back, Still Up, and numerous Netflix and ITV productions—while Jamie explores the fast-paced, trend-driven landscape of advertising music. You’ll learn what supervisors are looking for in new talent, how they discover music, and what makes a track stand out in a competitive landscape.
Production Music: Creating Revenue Streams
Led by London Sync Music
Production music libraries represent an exceptional opportunity for composers and producers to generate ongoing revenue from their catalog. Learn how production music works, how libraries pitch to productions, placement strategies, and why this might be the perfect outlet for original albums and soundtracks. If you’ve created music that’s versatile, high-quality, and production-ready, this session could open significant doors.
