I said good bye to my little boy by Sally Caballero

Lyrics

I said good bye to my little boy
As he sat in the chair and play with his toy
I held his hand an told him the news as
He hugs me and cries the blues
Daddy says he want you with him
As our day grows cold an it
grows dim
The sad tune of my guitar play
Broke our hearts in two today
sad tune of my guitar play broken my heart in two today
Daddy says he want you with him
As our day grows cold and dim
I don’t know what to do
How not be
A mother to you
Daddy says he wants you with him
As our day grows cold and it
grows dim
Sad tune of my guitar play Broken
my heart in two today
Sad tune of my guitar play
broke our hearts in two today
Daddy says he wants you with him
As our day grows cold and it grows dim
I said good bye to my little boy
today I
As I wipe the tears of his face today
I held him walk him to the car
I turn and walk away
Sad tune of my guitar play
Broke Our hearts in two today
Sad tune of my guitar play
Broken my heart in two today
Daddy says he wants you with him
As the day gets cold and dim
I don’t know what to day
How not be
a mother to you
angels are watching you play
Surrounding you
in my love everyday
just look outside
You will catch a view
hearing me say I love you

Bio

I Write songs and poetry to cope and heal from grief , loss, sorrow , and share with others who have had the same experiences or would like to read and listen for healing.
After a horrible bitter divorce
My ex- husband took my son away from me for revenge and I didn’t see my son again til he was grown up as a result of the pain I wrote these lyrics to cope.
Many’s nights I cried myself to sleep with my guitar it was my only friend other than God. The great thing about music is it helps one to cope with the challenges and struggles in life.
