V.1
She don’t hold the power
Just the power of one
She don’t have an army
Just a song
You can haul her over coals
But you won’t touch her soul
Cause when the spirit moves
It moves through walls
Chorus
Those with eyes will always see
That one and two does not make three
Even as you can spin it that way
There’ll be no 13 o’clock today
V.2
You can sign away her rights
You can try to squash the fight
That lingers, keeps her whole
Nothing’s gonna get her soul
You know she’s’ tasted the air
Sung in the rain with drenched hair
And when the spirit moves
It can move through walls
Chorus
Those with eyes will always see
That one and two does not make three
Even as you can spin it that way
There’ll be no 13 o’clock today
V.3
She don’t hold the power
Just the power of one
She don’t have an army
Just a song
You can haul her over coals
But you won’t get near her soul
Cause when the spirit moves
It moves through walls.
