Rewind & Reset

I am very proud of this one, my entry for the 2022 Talent Is Timeless competition. It was a demanding exercise in song-crafting. I learned about the TisT competition on a Friday evening, decided to enter that night; strummed a few chords and wrote a few lines on Saturday, and at 2:30 AM on Sunday, it was all together. It was recorded that Monday and submitted on Tuesday. Still has a few tweaks, a few corners to rub smooth, but here it is!
Its what I would like to go back in time, and tell my twenty-year old self: our heroes are just as flawed as we are, so get cozy in our skin, be kind to our-self, and judge what's best for our happiness.
The video is not what I would like it to be, but I just ran out of time, with too many projects on hand that need completion.
I am very impressed by the quality of the various 2022 entries. I will always credit TisT for the making of this song,, which I will be adding to my future live set lists.
