Goin’ Stampedin’ Again

The Calgary Stampede was back last year after being shut down by the pandemic. Nothing else, not even a depression or a world war, could shut down the greatest outdoor show on earth. I waited and waited for somebody big in the industry to write a song about it. Nobody did, so I figured
it was up to me. I did this video before the Stampede so unfortuantely wasn\’t able to get nice pictures showing the live action and had to improvise. I wanted to include a personal element in the song. My first boyfriend took me to my first Stampede over fifty years ago.
