earwormy – very listenable – great story progression and so moving (moved me to tears ) – and I am in awe of your guitar playing
Great playing, great singing, great song. Thanks John
John, is that a Mandocello you’re playing?
Love it all – the story, your smooth vocals and the full guitar sound
Yes, very good song and performance/production
Ian Ball, it’s a guitar bouzouki. A mandocello is tuned lower. Thanks for your comments
Thanks John
Great song John. Superb performance and I’ve fallen in love with your guitar bouzouki
Thanks Huw. It was made in Wales if you want one! Richard Osborne in Llanidloes. I have one of his guitars and I have just ordered a carved top bouzouki from him but I’ll have to wait a year for that.
Really catchy, I’ll be humming this for the rest of the evening. Cheers
Very nice!
Magical John, such a moving story and I really liked the full circle effect in the lyrics. Gorgeous guitar/bouzouki accompaniment.
Totally gets my vote
Lovel the sound from the bouzouki, well played!
Love it. Gets my vote
Love the bouzouki sound. Strong folk roots. I was very much in my comfort zone and I love a story. Wish my children were still bouncing on my knee but that was a long time ago now.
Well done 👏👏
My oh my! A beautiful song 😊
