Bio

I began playing music at the age of five as the drummer in my father’s band. As I got older, I began to play drums for other acts. At the age of 20, I began playing the pedal steel guitar, having never taken a lesson in my life. Along with my sister, I began working with the Loretta Lynn Show and later moved to Nashville where I worked on the road for many stars. I have played with such notable acts as Gary Stewart, Johnny Paycheck, George Jones, Kitty Wells, Hank Thompson, Johnny Bush, and a host of others.

You’re Someone I’ll Never Forget

They say time changes everything
People go their separate ways
I know you found someone new
That stole your heart away
You’re not just someone I used to know
You’re someone I’ll never forget

It hurts to see you with your new love
You don’t know how much it hurts inside
When he holds you like I use to
The pain is so hard to hide
You’re not just someone I used to know
You’re someone I’ll never forget

Chorus
Loving you is in the past
It’s sad our love would never last
You had your ways and I had mine
I knew it was just a matter of time
But you’re not just someone I used to know
You’re someone I’ll never forget

I always stood by your side
No one could ever take your place
The hurt and tears are so hard to hide
I feel so lonely and hurt inside
You’re not just someone I use to know
You’re someone I’ll never forget
(Repeat Chorus)
