A very simple story, in fact.
I wrote the song the day after my long time friend came over, at home, for the evening. We had a very nice meal and a great night. That well being came as a surprise since I was reshaping the world in my head, at that moment, and felt very lost in my life.
I feel that even though the song has very few words, it expresses the inner tension I was feeling in my worried guts, at that moment, with the heavy bass and the funky guitar.
