Lyrics

Killing Bugs in the Month of May
by Roy Lljequist

Some people say April showers,
brings My flowers.
But I say they bring mosquitoes too.
Because I’m killing bugs in the month of May,
and there’s one n you.

I love to relax in the sunshine, feels so fine,
I love to look at a sky that’s blue.
But now I’m killings bugs in the month on may
and there’s one on you.

Sittin around roasting hot dogs by the burning logs,
smelling the midnight dew.
But now I’m killing bugs in the month of May,
and there’s one on you.

Mosquitoes go home,
find another place to roam.
Horsefly fly away,
you ain’t gonna ruin my day.
