Lyrics

What’s ahead is nothing more, than a driving rain
Looking back, yesterday was much the same
If I turn to my left, or maybe right
Is one a brighter day, the other night?

Ooh ooh, Sitting on a plane, waiting for the sky
Ooh, ooh, someone over there looks so terrified
A few are all alone, or maybe that’s just me
The clouds they drift above, maybe that’s where I should be

Every color turns to gray, the trees are bare
Where there once was everything, there’s nothing there
If I look around a bend, a drifting path
Will I see a glass as full, or maybe half?

Ooh ooh, Sitting on a plane, waiting for the sky
Ooh, ooh, someone over there looks so terrified
A few are all alone, or maybe that’s just me
The clouds they drift above, maybe that’s where I should be

Look at what I left behind
Everything gets lost at some point in time
Maybe it’s just time for another town
Maybe where the rain won’t make me drown
Make me drown.

If I was just somewhere else, another place
Maybe I can find myself, within that space
If I made a rapid turn and went back now
Would it be a better thing, would I know how?

Ooh ooh, Sitting on a plane, waiting for the sky
Ooh, ooh, someone over there looks so terrified
A few are all alone, or maybe that’s just me
The clouds they drift above, maybe that’s where I should be

Ooh ooh, Sitting on a plane, waiting for the sky
Ooh, ooh, someone over there looks so terrified
A few are all alone, or maybe that’s just me
The clouds they drift above, maybe that’s where I should be
