Lyrics

I felt a wind blow through,
the wind blew through my little room, my little room.
And though the day was through,
The day went by gone with the light, the day was through.
And the deep cold too,
Right through the bone, so cold it was, through and through.

Bluebird singing, what did it say?
Bluebird singing, I heard you say, what did you say? I heard you say.

A crack of light came through,
The smallest crack of light came through my little room
And then I knew, I knew
What little green was left, in me, that little grew.

Bluebird singing, what did you say?
Bluebird singing, I heard you say, what did you say? I heard you say.

Instrumental…

I felt the sun shine too,
So warm I knew that it was new, that it was new.
Then all the light burst through, completely through and through,
the light burst through my little room…
…and it was you.

Bluebird singing, what did you say?
Bluebird singing, I heard you say, what did you say? I heard you say.
