He has recorded solo albums in London\, Nashville and Prague including ‘A Polyphonic Life’ (2016)\, REFUGE (2020) & The Grand Europa (2026) as well as multiple albums with UK folk duo Jacob & Drinkwater. \nAbout the Session \nThis workshop explores the power of ideas that have inner vitality and momentum. We’ll look at how to create an imaginative mind map for your idea and discover practical methods to develop it—treating your central concept as a world and your ideas as its satellites. We’ll move from the intellect toward the inner life and imagination\, embracing the power of playfulness in your creative process. Her live performances consistently receive outstanding reviews\, with regular reference to the level of candour in her lyrics. Hollie is backed by BBC Introducing and has supported acts like KT Tunstall\, Suzanne Vega\, Midge Ure\, Paolo Nutini and Ralph McTell. Often playing with a full backing band or as a duo with double bass\, she is no stranger to festival stages at Glastonbury\, Black Deer\, Cornbury Festival and more. She is also a regular performer at events curated by Whispering Bob Harris\, who recently invited her to record a live session at his home studio. Hollie is a graduate of The English Folk Expo’s Artist Mentorship Programme and her music is playlisted in all Café Nero stores worldwide.
