‘Just Listen,’ captures the resilience and hope I found within my cancer journey, reflecting my struggle against fear and despair while celebrating the strength of the human spirit. Through imagery, it emphasises the importance of dignity, joy, and the unwavering heartbeat of life, reminding listeners that even in the darkest moments, light and hope can prevail.

Shock is coloured tones of grey, Bitter pill and cold dismay,
Ragged veil of dismal night, Evaporates in morning light.
