Competition Rules
- Entrants must be 50+ years of age by 31st March 2023
- You have written an original song in the style of acoustic music
- Prizes are available to residents of the USA, Canada, UK and EU
- ‘Awards’ are offered to countries with more than 100 entries
- Enter from Jan 1st 2023
- Closing date 31st March 2023
- Winner announced Mid/late May
- Co-writes are welcome, so long as all parties are over 50 by March 31st 2023
- You may have another artist sing or perform your song, as long as the songwriters is age 50+
- This is a free competition, and no submission fee or voting will be required. Donations towards the costs will be welcome, but optional
- The formats accepted are: video or audio file of your song – phone recordings are fine.
- Strictly one entry per person

Message From The Founder
“The idea for Talent is Timeless was born from years of touring and getting to know my fans. Many of them are highly talented musicians and passionate people who started playing music ‘late’ or didn’t take steps at the ‘right’ time. Many had a family, responsibilities, and the general feeling that they had ‘missed the boat’. Well, I started this competition to prove all of those things wrong.
The lockdown only strengthened the feeling of wanting to reach out and to stay connected to our community of creative, talented, musical people and I realised that the time to do that is now. With this competition I am sending a strong message to the world that there is no such thing as too late.”

Competition Disclaimer:
One song submission is permitted per person.
We do not claim to own any of the original music submitted.
Amateur songwriters over 50+yrs are encouraged to apply.
We welcome applications from anywhere in the world, but prizes are limited to residents of: USA, UK, EU and Canada.
Travel expenses covered by us include flights from your nearest major airport and accommodation in London.
Songs will be judged on the audio alone.
If the winning songwriter prefers not to perform the vocals of their song, they can request the host artist to sing it or nominate a singer of their choice.
